Privacy Policy

Who we are

Silver Ridge Montessori operates Montessori programs at campuses in Surrey, British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or submit an enquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you contact us or request a tour, through our website form or a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, your child’s age, when you would like to start, and any message you write.

When you visit our website, standard technical information such as your browser, device and the pages you view may be collected through cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange tours, tell you about openings and programs, and manage the enrolment process if you choose to apply. We may also use it to understand how our website and advertising are performing.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, our enquiry and email systems, and our advertising platforms, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Advertising and cookies

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may use information from your visit to our website to show you our ads and to measure their results. You can control this through your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences and through your browser’s cookie settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage any enrolment, and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you would like us to delete it sooner, tell us and we will.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to us contacting you. To do any of these, contact us using the details below.

Safeguards

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
